Well, I just sent out my fund raising letters, so I figured I should write something on here, even though I'm not in Portland yet :(

So the tentative plan right now (without many dates)
Is that my Daddy and I will leave Houston (in my car) probably June 3rdish.
I have to make a stop in Abilene at the orthodontist, since I wont be able to go in for a check-up all summer (that would be a WAY expensive appointment...haha)
Then maybe we can stop in Amarillo after that for a meal with my best friend, Julya. We'll see the timing and how it works out.
Then we will head up to Portland. Depending on how many stops we decide to make (but, with my Daddy and I, I'm not sure that is going to be many...my daddy doesnt like stopping and I have a feeling Im going to want to get to Portland AS FAST as possible).
My first official day is Sunday June 10th. WAAAAAAYYYYYY excited about that Sunday.

Im really excited about some of the things that will be different about my summer this year. Living with all the other interns, so I can get to know them better. And being given the chance to spend a lot of close time with the kids of PUMP Church, unlike last year. And of course, seeing all my friends that I made last summer.

But really, I have 6 more weeks of school and am concentrating on doing well in school, working hard so I can earn gas money to get to Portland, and hanging out with my friends, since a bunch of them are graduating and will be far away next year :(
